RampFest Special Party - Covid-Normal Edition

This is our classic RampFest Birthday Party, reworked for our a "Covid-Normal" world.  You still get an amazing Party Host, Reserved Seating a Food Combo p/person, and an AWESOME Birthday experience.

Due to the restrictions we've had to place on capacity, Parties are limited to 12x Participants for the time being (with group maximum of 15 for the Party Area).  You'll have a full 2hr session at RampFest, and the Party Host will be with the group for a total of 90mins.

RampFest Birthday Party FAQ's

1.  Do we need to supply all the scooters and skateboards?

We ask that everyone brings their own equipment (skateboard/scooter/bmx & helmet) whenever possible.  We have a selection of hire skateboards, helmets and scooters available for $5 p/item - but the supply is limited.  If you know you will need some hire items, please book them with your package when prompted.

All equipment does have to meet our safety requirements - this includes:

• that all handlebars have bar ends or plugs,
• that scooters are non-folding,
• all equipment is in safe working order and suitable for use on ramps in the opinion of the Party Host or Rampfest Staff member

2.  Is there a limit to how many kids we can bring?

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we've temorarily limited parties to 12x kids max, and a total group size of 15 including parents.  This is to ensure we still offer all our customers a fair chance to book in and visit RampFest during this transition period.  We appreciate your understanding during this time.

3. Is there an age limit?

 There is no age limit (upper or lower) - it all comes down to confidence and ability.  If you or your child are confident enough to use the skate park, we'd love you to come down and enjoy it!  We do require that Children under 10 be supervised by an adult at all times, and we recommend that kids any younger than 5 have a parent with them in the Skate Park.  During "RampFest Special" and "Action Sports Hero" Parties, you will have a coach with your group, and they'll be able to assist any newcomers around the park    For younger kids, we do have a specific Ramp Kids Session - for under 10's - on Saturday Mornings.

4.  Are we able to bring extra party food for the kids?

 In general, we are not a BYO Food & Drink venue - unless you have specific dietary needs that our canteen does not cover.  Please contact us to discuss your needs and we'll do what we can to assist.  You are welcome to bring your own cake and party bags if you like - however we can supply party bags as a party of our package extras.

5.  Do you have food for adults?

 We have a basic selection of canteen food (pies, sausage rolls, hot dogs) - if the adults would like some of their own food for individual use, this is totally fine.

6.  Is coffee included in the party?

 We include 2x coffee's in the party packages for Parents.  Any additional coffee's can be purchased on the day individually, or run on a tab against the party as a whole.  

Rampfest Birthday Party Conditions - please note that:

• All parties packages MUST be booked in advance.
• Due to Covid-19 restrictions on our operations, all parties and bookings must be paid in full.  We do not offer refunds for changes at all - if you need to make a change within 7 days, you can transfer your booking.  Any cancellations or changes within 7 days will forfeit the amount paid.  During this time, we have to operate this way to ensure our business remains viable.  With such a low venue capacity at any one time, we cannot afford to have empty sessions or cancellations.  We hope you can understand.
